KL is changing. So fast. Just now I went to the Bar Council, near the Central Market. It has been months since I last used the LRT Kelana Jaya Line, so I decided to use the LRT service. I parked at KL Sentral. And my first impression when I reached KL Sentral was like “Whhooaa!! Very different“. You see, when I first started my chambering here, in this very nice law office at UEP Subang Jaya or short-formed USJ, I had to go to the Bar Council and I was totally shocked to see how different the Brickfields area is. Very bright and colourful.
Then, today I was so shocked to see that the KL Sentral station can no longer be seen from Jalan Tun Sambanthan because it has been sandwiched between the commercial buildings and the on-going shopping complex+offices building, Nu, if I am not mistaken. It feels very vibrant and very classy. Almost the same as Mon’t Kiara area. :) Then, when I entered the building to board the LRT, I saw 2 self-service machines to buy and reload the Touch N’ Go cards. They even have dedicated lanes for those using the T n’ G service.
But all this impressed impression disappeared when I reached the Central Market station. Beggars, rubbish, are everywhere. And while I was walking beside the Old Town White Coffee, Central Market, one of their staff was vomiting near 2 tourists who were sitting outside. The tourists then left the restaurant. Come on, this is intolerable. She should vomit in the toilet, not out there when there are customers sitting.
