Hi everyone! I just got back from Kuching, Sarawak, a city situated on the island of Borneo. It was my first visit to the state and my visit to Sarawak means I have set foot on all the thirteen states in Malaysia, except for the Federal Territory of Labuan. I was there in conjunction with the 3rd International Bornean Frog Race 2014 which was held at Kubah National Park in Matang. It was a great event and a wonderful trip. I was glad to see some of the traditions and heritage of the people of Sarawak apart from the beauty of nature that Sarawak (Kuching) has to offer.
I was also glad to have meet the other bloggers who joined me in the trip – Anis from Five Foot Traveller, Juno Kim from Runaway Juno, Raymond Walsh from Man on the Lam, Tony from Johor Kaki and Emily Tang from 马来的生活. To sum it up, it was a fun trip!
I will update about the trip very very soon. But meanwhile, enjoy the photo collage as the teaser post for the trip. Stay tuned!
I would like to personally thank the Sarawak Tourism Board and Tune Hotels for making this trip possible and to Planet Borneo for the hospitality throughout the trip. This trip was held in conjunction with the International Bornean Frog Race 2014. Kindly be informed that all the contents/reviews are of my personal views.
