In fact, married a Californian and my kids are essentially Americans,  I thought I&#039;d write my story for them and was looking up kiwi sayings...when I say chook will they know what I mean?  And I found your blog.  The photos are beautiful.  I am currently living in Costa Rica where I&#039;ve been for 33 years.  But I still have my New Zealand passport....and all my family are still &quot;down under&quot;.  I may return someday.  And I will have to take a language course before I do.  And fake my kiwi accent because I&#039;ve lost it.]]></description>

Turns out the fellow was looking for an eraser!!  We were further amused to learn that what we call speed bumps, our Kiwi pals called speed humps! Oh, gt in nz!]]></description>
